ART is a chiropractic method used to treat soft tissue disorders and restore peak performance as quickly as possible. It has been practiced for more than thirty years to treat elite athletes quickly and get them back in their competition. By manipulating soft tissue and reducing the stress placed on joints and nerves, ART can be used to treat patients with a wide array of chronic pains or injuries, preventing and breaking up dense scar tissue and restoring normal mobility.
Some of the problems most commonly relieved through ART treatments include:
- Lower back pain
- Shin splints
- Plantar fascitis
- Tension headaches
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Shoulder strains, including frozen shoulder
- Bursitis
- Tennis elbow
- Sciatic nerve pain/sciatica
